General Terms

In case of key loss or damage, the renter will be charged a service fee or replacement (the actual cost will be shown with a receipt from manufacturer).

Fuel is paid by the client and the vehicle must be returned in the same amount as collected or the difference will be charged.

Any damage may caused on the vehicle because of driving on unpaved roads will be charged to the renter accordingly.

We have the right to charge the renter 1 extra renting day and car wash, if the driver’s or other passenger’s seat found wet from bathing suits. The renter is obliged to retain the seats and the interior of the car in perfect condition.

The renter is obliged to follow the Road Circulation Code (safety belt use, helmets and respect other vehicles and pedestrians on the road).

The speed limit on main street is 70 km/h and on the other roads is 40 km/h.

None of the vehicles can be taken to another island without company’s permission.

You may cancel your booking at any time by requesting cancellation via email to info@alwaysbest.gr. Cancellations 3 days before the actual date of renting are acceptable.

If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the Pick Up Time and do not collect the vehicle on the Pick Up Date, we reserve the right to make a No Show/Lost Rental Charge which recovers our administration costs and compensates us for our inability to rent the vehicle when it was reserved for your use. In this case we don’t refund any prepaid reservation.

Refunds will be made to the credit card that the original booking was made on.
